The Christmas Card

Christmas. It is not just a date, holiday, event.... it is a feeling. There is truly something magical that happens when this season approaches. You feel it in the air. You can almost taste it. The words I would use to describe it:
big
full
lightness
butterflies
hope
True Joy
contentment
and most important SIMPLE
Yes SIMPLE! We all at one time or another have or will have gotten caught up in the holiday madness of shopping and celebrating in a way which causes stress and depression. WELL this mermaid says DON'T! JUST DON'T
What brought this post on? A Christmas Card... .YES, the simple idea that someone across the country thought of me and Joel and took time out of their busy schedule to write, stuff an envelope and walk to the mailbox just to let us know they were thinking of us and that we are on their christmas wish list. THE CHRISTMAS WISH LIST..... not the one where you expect to receive, but the one where you GIVE. The Christmas wish list where you want to wish all those special to you The best Christmas Ever. One filled with all the words I listed above.
